VINTAGE AT BAYVIEW
Vintage soul. Modern execution.
Vintage at Bayview was designed as a bold reinterpretation of vintage Hawaiian luxury, blending rich natural materials, dramatic textures, and layered architectural details into a home that feels both nostalgic and elevated. The design moves away from sterile modernism and instead embraces warmth, personality, and atmosphere, creating interiors that feel collected, expressive, and deeply connected to island living.
Throughout the home, deep walnut cabinetry, aged brass accents, custom millwork, and textured finishes create a strong sense of depth and character. The kitchen was designed to feel timeless and social, anchored by a large statement island, oversized brass pendants, integrated lighting, and a striking handcrafted tile feature wall that adds texture and richness to the space. Warm wood tones are balanced with soft natural light, lighter perimeter cabinetry, and subtle coastal influences to create a space that feels luxurious without becoming overly formal.
The bathrooms continue the same layered design language with a more dramatic and artistic approach. Vintage-inspired checkerboard flooring, rich green paneling, custom wallpaper murals, mixed metals, and freestanding fixtures combine to create spaces that feel more like boutique hospitality suites than traditional residential bathrooms. Every room throughout the home was intentionally designed with its own identity while still maintaining a cohesive overall aesthetic rooted in timeless coastal luxury and vintage Hawaii charm.
