Submit an Inquiry
We start with you; how you live, what you’re drawn to, your budget and timeline; and we walk the space together to understand the home as it is.

Intro Call + Site Visit
We develop the concept, layouts, palettes, and selections with you, refining as we go. Because we build too, every choice is grounded in what’s actually buildable and what it costs; so you see the real picture before anything is ordered.

Bespoke Proposal
We specify, procure, and install. And since our own team builds the work, the details you approved are the details that get executed; right through to the final styling.
Featured Interior
Right on the edge of Kailua, near the yacht club, this just-finished project is unlike anything we’ve done; or seen. We leaned into a vintage sensibility most island homes don’t dare: rich brown leather, a deep juniper green, and dark, warm woods, layered into rooms that feel collected rather than decorated. Where Kailua interiors usually go light and airy, this one is moody and grounded; and that’s exactly what makes it sing. It’s the clearest proof of what design-and-build under one roof can do when a homeowner trusts a real point of view from the first sketch to the final styled shelf.
