The Mid-Pacific Country Club renovation was one of the most complex and rewarding projects in our history — a multi-phase, multi-year transformation of an active private club, executed without ever closing the doors.

Drawing from the club's position between Lanikai Beach and the Koʻolau range, the design leans into natural textures, soft coastal palettes, and custom millwork that feel native to Oʻahu's east side. Handwoven pendant lights, louvered wood doors, and open-concept lounges create a resort atmosphere that still reads as distinctly local — not imported luxury, but Hawaii luxury.

The scope was extensive: a full bar and dining renovation, grand ballroom transformation, ten restroom upgrades, custom furniture procurement, acoustic engineering, and ongoing capital planning across multiple board cycles. Each phase required precise occupied-space phasing, stakeholder alignment across committees and membership, and the kind of trust that only builds over time.

The result is a club that feels like it was always meant to look this way.
